You should just explain it out step by step your idea of what perfect Americana is. You know? A day in the life of what it means to be the perfect citizen.
I think I could attempt to learn something from you, then. 

You always want it both ways, it seems to me. Enjoying society and then spitting in its face. It makes no sense to me, but since you got it all figured out, just explain how all these crazy people who live together will function without government? I am sure there is a key to this puzzle that I am unawares. 

I have you figured as someone who wants everybody to turn the clock back 200 years and approach the modern world in a backward manner. Now, I am sure you will disagree, and then you can refer back to my first sentence. Thanks.

Do you mean perfect America, our country, or it's citizens?
For starters we are a country of laws and equal justice for all, though many would say that's a departure from the reality of what really occurs.

The executive branch has gone beyond it's intended scope.

I was trying to be optomistic when I said 200 years.... I believe the stone age would suit you, lol

Anyway, the sense I used Americana would be along this line, but obviously, not the last part of the quote.

Patriotism and nostalgia play a defining role in the subject. The things involved need not be old, but need to have the appropriate associations.
