We need to be a little more careful in the selection of our elected leaders.
Once again it's time for a change, but change to what, who?
There are no more leaders, only yes men, and women.
Anyone who has held the same office for decades needs to be removed.

I went to a gun show this weekend in central Wa. It was the first one I've been to in quite a while. The place was packed. Guys standing out side the building with guns hanging on their necks. Inside were thousands of guns. I could not believe how inflated the prices were. Everything was a lot higher than the value would be.

There was a local gun dealer from town that was there, and his prices I noted were 150-200 dollars above what he sold them for up town. I have bought several guns from him at his store.

After we left the gun show we went to his gun store, and Cabellas to compare prices. They were back in line with where they should be. I called one of my sons, who collects guns and asked him what the heck was going on. He started laughing and said a lot of people there buying at inflated prices were unable to pass background checks. I then went to Hamers gun shop and ask why their dad had a booth at the gun show. He said because if someone could pass a background check he could sell to them 10% cheaper than anyone there.

The only thing I saw out of thousands of guns was 2 first series colt revolvers, and a LC Smith shotgun. Probably a good 80% were assult type guns from 50 cal. down. Ammo was out of the world. Anyone else seeing these crazy prices?

I see it every time legislation is threatened.
I got out of the gun business because of the fluctuating prices at the wholesale level the last time we went through this crap.

Never buy from Cabellas, their prices are always out of this world.

It's a panic and at least the manufacturers and dealers are making money.

Rather than buying out of panic, I'd suggest writing your representatives and explaining to them the second amendment has nothing to do with sports or hunting.

I can't believe how many politicians think that's why we have the Second Amendment.

It has been suggested that one childs life is more important than our freedom, not considering how many died achieving our freedom.
What kind of life would any child have without our freedom, just take a look at other children around the world and see.
