"Whats a Ninja???"

You know if you are banned and sign up a new name you become banned for life, sucks to be that person. Especially when you pay extra money for a special internet connection.

Still waiting for an answer.

Felloffher,

Is the gun that was used in the Sandy Hook shooting legal in Canada? What about the 30 round magazines?

GSDAdmin,

AR-15's and all variants are restricted meaning they can only be fired at an approved range. 30 round magazines are restricted to 5 rounds (they are pinned). Pistol magazines are restricted to 10 rounds, a 10 round pistol magazine can be used in rifles. .22 caliber rifles have no magazine capacity limits. Confusing isn't it? This is what happens when laws are passed by those with no clue about firearms.

We have several semi-automatic military style rifles that are non-restricted meaning they can be transported and fired without any restrictions. The video above covers the different types available to Canadians (there are a few others not listed), the Bushmaster M4 at the beginning is the only restricted rifle along with the handguns. All non-restricted firearms are not registered anymore. Do our laws make sense to you?
