They have the technology to inscribe ammo so you can track it when found at a shooting scene. But you have to remember that technology also handicaps black ops when they dump a bunch of used brass at a crime scene to make it look really bad to get public support for this or that agenda. Yes there is politics in crime scenes.

The citizens of America will get guns from another country when it is time for that. We have alot of people with connections in other countrys remember America is a melting pot of people. Just think of an ocean cargo container full of AKs.

American manufacturers cannot keep up with orders just like the last time, the President could possibly stop imports but not made in America.

They finger print you when you buy ammo in CA and that info goes right to the local police and they have a dectective thats all he does is go over ammo purchases. He has about 150 felonys and a bunch of gun off the street because of people buying ammo that have felonys or arent supposed to be able to purchase. They have 150,000 vetrans on a list that can't buy guns because they had therapy for PTSD.
