Baerenfangs Erbe

Mine is very predictable.

Small dogs don't bother him at all unless they challenge him and even then he doesn't take them serious at all. They are merely an annoyance and nuisance to him. What he may correct are those type of dogs that have absolutely no manners. That are obnoxious, rude and just won't quit. You know, those overly friendly dogs that keep coming no matter how many times a dog tells them off?
That's the type of dog that solicits a reaction out of mine but personally, it's a perfectly appropriate reaction.

I can appreciate that too; not sure the owners of the 'rude' dogs always do !

Now we are off topic, but what I really HATE are dog owners letting their dogs run off leash, no obedience, no recall.....
MY dog ON leash, penetrated by a barking pet dog ( sometimes even two or three ), me - trying to avoid any accident by lifting up a 36 + kilo dog for minutes, meanwhile the tiny ankle biter trying to bite into the legs of my dog.
The owner ( 100 meters away from the dog ) yelling "My dog doesn´t bite!" "No problem!" Walking SLOWLY to his dog...
My dog almost crazy, because it is helpless, the ankle biter still barking and snapping - the owner still far away.
Very often I thought about letting my dog do what it wants to do at that moment - but the final result would either be a dead dog or a muzzle, or maybe both.

End of my rant...
