You can set it up so "non-intrusive" ads still pop up so the site still makes money.

Clear your caches and cookies and reset your network and phone. Check and see if the problem exists using a different wifi network, too.

And foolish me..Reset my computer because of them stinking pop ups, not on this site, right at start up of computer...Warning total computer failure,,,lost all sorts of saved stuff, and now, it won t allow me to load previous programs. I think it's Microsoft doing it. Now I have to BUY new previously purchased programs again!!!
