If the problem truly is the result of the other two females bullying this one--and I don't dispute that this can be the case--and your vet has already cleared her for ovarian cysts and/or thyroid insufficiency as the cause of her anestrus, I would think your vet would readily give you the prescription for Pg600 if it's use in dogs is permissible in the UK.

But even if you were to get your hands on it, if this bitch is sufficiently cowed by the others as to have suppressed estrus, chances are that it still wouldn't initiate the cycle and you'd end up with a dog that undergoes unwanted side effects from the drug.

A bitch that is bullied enough to cause estrus suppression is living a miserable life, really; if you so desperately want a puppy from her, may I suggest you try rehoming her, on a breeding contract, with someone you know where she'll be the center of their attention, and wait for her to cycle normally once she's out of the oppressive situation in which she now lives? Keeping multiple bitches in a household isn't easy, and this is but one of the problems that crop up...and I can't help but wonder if this female's very life isn't at risk with these more dominant two females were you to successfully force a heat from her despite her body's efforts to prevent one.
