Blitzen, This is what looks to me athletic, dry, correct medium size, well proportioned, well angulated both in front and rear male GSD. Great croup though a little steep, very good rear angulation, not so deep though stifle could be of slightly less turn, topline and withers are super, good head and expression. what you think? don't we need more top placed males like this one?

I like him too, Ibrahim, for all the reasons you have alreadr listed He looks athletic, not overdone and ponderous and is of very good breed type. I'm guessing he's a good mover too. Breed type is very important to me, I like a GSD to look like a GSD, not a Rottie or Mali. Good choice.

Only if they don't die of gastric torsion(bloat) at 4 years of age like this one! A real shame too,Hagadahl's Figo was a nice male. Let's hope Ballack does not go the way of his sire anytime soon :(
