Updated picture of Marcato's Katmandu "Ouzo" Sorry for crappy quality, was taken with my iPhone.
Loving how these guys are coming along. Going to a match tomorrow morning for some practice before we head down to Raleigh this coming Tuesday. Pay no mind to his nails, I did them when I got him back to my house :)

Continuing to mature nicely, Xeph...well-balanced, masculine but not coarse, and not extreme in any capacity. This litter has turned out to be a good genetic combination. Congratulations!

Whenever somebody wants to tell me I'm "too picky" about choosing a stud dog, I will point to this litter, as it is the result of years of intense study and thoughtfulness.
My boys look like boys, my girls look like girls, the temperaments are fantastic, they have instinct to work sheep, they are aesthetically beautiful. I could not be happier and I love each and every one of them.

Moto is in Kentucky for the week at a dog show, but I will get pictures as soon as he comes back :)
He has gained 23 pounds since his return, though he is still about ten pounds shy of where he should be. He has put on muscle. Enough to hold himself up and play like a normal puppy. I have to keep reminding myself that he went through some pretty severe trauma at the beginning and that he still will not be "right" until next year most likely. I am extremely lucky he is healthy and as sound as he is. He was on the cusp of organ failure when I got him back. I am grateful he is here and has a home waiting for him.
It'll be something extra special the day he finishes.

Well, we had a great day at the match yesterday! So pleased with my babies!
At the first match, Mikasa was BOB/G1/Best Puppy in Match!
Second match, Ouzo was BOB/G1!

Now that I have finished crying, I can share my EXCELLENT news!
Marcato's Fire Inside "Moto" goes reserve winners dog in Louisville, Kentucky! Reserve to a *three point major!!!*
Moto is my rags to riches puppy, repossessed from a buyer who had severely neglected him. He has bounced back well physically and emotionally, though he has a ways to go physically speaking. He is the first qualifier for his mother's ROM.
Cannot even believe it. What is this?! What is happening in my life right now!?
So proud and so grateful to everybody involved with this puppy!
