ELENA, When you two met for the SECOND time, you should have given Elizabeth ALL of the paperwork she needed to register the dog with AKC.

Should have happened at the FIRST meeting...

Ist I would like to address pioneer wife. Do you not trust that denwolf could handle this? You think you need to reiterate the exact same words, and then like it as if you came up with it. Thanks for the laugh very comical.

2nd to Boxer247. Since this was the first time i have ever sold an import, I don't know how I could be at it again. I have sold a few since and 3 others from this same litter and yet not one complaint from any of them. They all got their papers the same day as she did without all the drama.

Denwolf, I will not put one more dime into this deal. My offer stands that I will register her male for her. Actually she does not have to send me anything. She can email akc the copies and I will email the bescheiningung to Kim. I offered to do everything on July 7th when I did the other 3 siblings. She can mail in the foreign registration with the 100.00 check.

If that isn't good enough she can come to my house this time and pick up the bescheiningung. I won't mail it because she will say it got lost in the mail. She started all this mess before I ever had the papers. I offered to register she declined. She loves drama and I am not into drama. Good luck Elizabeth.

The people i deal with know that none of this is true and still deal with me. I have never held papers from anyone ever. She made out with 1000.00 and slandered me. She wins :)

Quote to credit original poster. Still should have been handled at first meeting.

Registered mail will take care of any lost mail claim.

Personally, I would not send you a dime.

Elena, you do not have to register the dog with AKC for her.

Since you have not imported before, I will clarify:

The IMPORTER (you, in this case) receives the SV papers from the previous German owner, along with any other pertinent paperwork for the imported dog. (YES, SV papers do take MONTHS to arrive when dealing with puppies).

YOU, Elena, as the IMPORTER, needs to apply for the BESCHEINIGUNG from Germany AFTER receiving the SV papers from the previous owner/breeder.

To REGISTER this dog in USA with AKC, YOU, Elena, need to fill out and sign the FOREIGN REGISTRATION APPLICATION and CORRECTLY fill in WHO you TRANSFERRED the dog to (in this case Elizabeth).

After you provide Elizabeth with those two pieces of paper, your obligation to her will END.

MY recommendation for you is to make COLOR COPIES of ALL the things you mail to Elizabeth, which will cost you about 2-3 dollars at any Office Depot, Office Max, or Fedex Kinko's store. The copies are just as good as the originals (in the event of a "loss" by the carrier entity)

Mail Elizabeth the three pieces of paper, which will cost you an envelope, a stamp, or send it requiring a signature so that you can track the letter and have proof that it was indeed received.

Unfortunately, neither you nor Elizabeth did the checking beforehand to see what forms were needed when you met on July 7th, so now the ball is in YOUR court.

The dog is in a home where it is (hopefully) loved and cared for well, and as a bonus, it is being shown and maybe one day even titled.. be happy for the dog you brought into this country.. do not sweat the petty stuff that happened between you and its owner.

None of this reflects badly on you, as long as you make a concerted effort to take care of the error, regardless of WHO was "at fault" for missing the correct forms.Everyone makes mistakes, that is how we learn.

Hopefully, Elizabeth will see this, and will respond, and understands what SHE needs to do once she has the missing forms in her possession.

Good luck!

All I can say is WOW!

Elena, you have made EVERY attempt to NOT cooperate with me on getting my pup Registered!  As a matter of fact, I asked you about this form the last time we met, and you said "It's mine!"  And that was the only thing said!!  You knew they weren't signed correctly but that didn't stop you, you still failed to give me the documentation needed to Register him.  Also, since you have been so cooperative and tried to help me, do you remember this peice of paper you made me sign before you would even give me any of his papers??  Yes there were no problems registering the other pups because you own one and Michele (your team mate) owns the other 2!!!

YES!  YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE ALL THIS THE FIRST TIME!  So are you saying now that I am allowed to contact you and that this contract to never contact you or your Team again that you wrote up is now waived??  So, you knew exactly what I needed to get his AKC papers and still refused to give me the correct form, I guess you didn't give me ALL paperwork as stated in this so called contract after all!!!  So are you going to print and fill out the form correctly and send it to me or what??? Are you ever going to do the right thing here??  I should have just took you to court the first time you started this!!!

DenWolf, she will never comply!!  I have been dealing with her games since May!!!

I love the fact that you say none of this is true!!  The papers are not lying Elena, this just keeps making you look bad!!  YOU are the reason this is still going on!  I just want to register my dog!  You just don't want me too!!  For those of you that do not know the full story, search Beware of Team Di Casa Ortiz!  It has been going on for months!!!

I think I will post some of our conversations since you say this is all a lie!!  Then we will see who the liar is!!!
