I'm also getting an error and can not open the test web page. Here is the message that pops up.
This is probably not the site you are looking for!
You attempted to reach test.pedigreedatabase.com, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as www.pedigreedatabase.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration on the server or by something more serious. An attacker on your network could be trying to get you to visit a fake (and potentially harmful) version of test.pedigreedatabase.com.
You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site.

It is safe. I noticed the first time I clicked the link it has a user name attached as "new" and I did get a pop-up but not a security pop-up.

GSD....I know it's safe :)
My computer however has doubts and I don't know how to get around it.
I copied the link and pasted it in my browser......same message.
I did a google search on it.......same message.
How do I get around the warning?

You won't be able to get around it unless you whitelist it with your security software. When it is released next weekend you will not have that problem.

Oli, there's no error message. It just does nothing. My cursor indicates that there is a link but when I click on it nothing comes up. I've also tried to right click and choose the option "open" and that also does nothing.

The problems sound like ssl issues.
Make sure your browser is using http:// and not https://
The SSL certificate is only for www. Not test.
So go to http://test.pedigreedatabase.com/ and make sure it's not using secure connection
All the errors 7 have seen here are ssl errors
