I dont look to bad for 18 years old.. - Page 2

My kitty was 17 when she passed, she was a tricolor, tho' not black.
she came with me when we left Hawaii. My kids & I used to say she could speak 4 languages; Kittycat, English, Da Kine, & Tagalog. 

All the kitties pictured here are beautiful, especially the OPs 19 year old Smudge!

Super meow.. our Bullet was 21 when she passed.. she ruled the GSD kingdom. The girls would even let her in the whelping room.. WE gave her cat food, but she would always look at me and pat pat  me until I said Ok you can have some dog food..dry dog food was her fave!!!  Enjoy your smudge. 
 

Thanks. Smudge is NOT picky he will eat anything. Although we do not give him to many things. As I mentioned he has been on the Science Diet presription diet since he was 2. I am in no way a fan of Science Diet, but it has helped him so we go with it. He is well preserved...lol.
He does get a couple typed of treats once in a while and he scarfs those down. He will eat what ever goes in front of him.

He is a great cat. Still going strong so he should be around for another 19 years...HOPEFULLY.

Smudge looks great. Is there something about black cats living longer then other colored cats?
Catzilla will be 19 this year, little black girl. She hasn't slowed down yet.

Here is my Cheyanne.... She will be 10 this June, but sure doesn't act it, LOL.

There is something special about the black kitties. Smudge is the only black cat that my mom or I have ever owned. Smudge is still a very feisty ole man. If one of the cats or my mom or I do something that pisses him off he will let us know in a heartbeat...lol. He will just walk by one of the other cats and give them a smack upside the head just because he feels like it. Or if one of us do something that irritates him he will turn around and spit at us. He has beat up my moms GSD several times. Her dog, Brix, is VERY careful around him.. Several times Smudge has told her what for.

I still can not believe he is almost 19.  He just doesnt act like it at all.

My black cat is very small and petite for a male. Doesn't stop him from smacking the dogs around!
