Dear All,

I am making this statement on my own freewill...

I have been having some mental health issues and haven’t been taking my medication for over two months. What happened the night of February 7^th was misconstrued.  Tim never physically hurt me at any time. He was trying to prevent me from committing suicide that night. The things that were said by me were because I was delusional, depressed and emotional without my medication.  Tim has NEVER stolen from me or screwed me over! He has never used me or victimized me in any way! Hyro Waji has always been our dog together. He is registered with the AKC in both our names. Tim has always been great with the dogs and has always taken great care of ALL of them! I handed over Hyro Waji to Tim yesterday when he came to pick up some of his belongings with the sheriff department. I love Tim with all my heart. He is the most caring, loving, compassionate man I have ever met! Tim is the type of man who truly cares and loves his family and dogs more than anything!  I am now back on my medication and I am starting to see all the damage that has been done. It truly breaks my heart to read the things that I have said and done. I am currently awaiting the next court date for everything to be resolved. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to communicate with him due to the Temporary Protection Order that is in place.  I am hoping that Tim forgives me after all this is over and we can start anew. I want to apologize for all the drama that this has caused, and it hurts to hear all the lies and rumors that people have started. It sickens me to know that there have been numerous men who have contacted me in a sexual manner during this difficult time. And as far as the women who want to accuse Tim of inappropriateness, I have yet to see one email from them.

seriously?   not for one moment will any person who is familiar with helser's years of womanizing, mistreatment of dogs, stealing dogs, other crimes, lies, manipulative behavior and multiple, multiple, multiple alt-usernames that he has created on this forum believe that the above post made by gsdloverohio is anyone other than helser himself.    

If those well known members of the board who have been in personal contact with helser's ex will post here that they can confirm that this is helser's ex who made the above statement (because they talked to her on the phone or face-to-face,) then I will believe it (and be very shocked.)  

This is was a public statement made on here and on my Facebook page! It is not up for debate!

I don´t know you, Amanda, but if this story is true, I´m glad you told it. Nothing worse for any man than being accused for an act of violence against a woman or a child.
He´d be redlined for the rest of his life.
I only hope it´s the truth. a friend of mine was beaten by her husband for years, and she lied for him again and again. At the end she had to flee....

suzie, don't be fooled.  This guy has a track record, and it just keeps going round and round.  People don't find themselves in these situations over and over again without putting themselves in it.  Either way this is very telling.  I think it's more likely this is Timmy himself and he has access to her fb page.  If not, I'd bet  she is lying for him.  why abused women keep doing that and blaming themselves I'll never know, but the reasons they do are why the end up with losers like Timmy.
