According to this, the elbow x-ray should show the elbows in a much more flexed position. There is a large osteophyte on the end of the upper leg bone (humerus, right side of the x-ray)

The positioning is really bad,the angle should be 45 degrees.I would retake the x-rays as the correct positioning can make a big difference.
