Bubba, why don´t you just train your American bred German Shepherd and qualify yourself for the next WUSV event?

I don't think there is fewer people in IPO because it is not as popular, Dragonfly. I think there are fewer people doing IPO then other dog sports, because it is the most challenging dog sport (and in 3 phases) that takes the longest to achieve successes. I agree, there is probably also fewer people in IPO in the US because the money is on show dogs, not so much on working dogs.
How many times do we sable/black dog owners get asked what kind of a mix that is? Many times all over North America.
Politics are everywhere, not only in the U.S.

I still disagree. Compared to say Agility, Obedience, Gun dogs, Coon Hound trials, dock diving and Sheep herding. IPO is not very popular. It's usually considered a Shepherd or Rottie sport. People like me with an "off" breed are given crap at every turn until our non german dogs shut up a few mouths.
I i understand about the wolf sables and solid black shepherd too. More american would believe a white shepherd is more purebred then a solid black. Everything else must be a mix right?

@susie, a better question for this doofus would be "hullaballoo, why don't you just stfu?" :)

I guess you did ask him that, but in a more round a bout way :)

Very good event..though I think the scoring on the winners obedience was different than the other teams...but you see that everywhere....including the FCI. I suspect Danger was hesitant to go into blind 6 for the same reason Figo would not go in at all. Word on the street is that there was a training glitch with the training helper the day before. Chris should be very proud of his performance...it is a sin he could not be on a podium.

2014 will be the final year for the WUSV qualifier for the USA team if the USCA cheats as they have in the past at the qualifier ..

More comments on shit you know nothing about because you don't participate in the sport (just talk about) and know nothing about what is really going on.

by vk4gsd on 21 October 2013 - 19:10

can someone put the accusations made here into simple terms so retards like myself can follow.

by Bob McKown on 22 October 2013 - 11:10

vk4gsd just consider the source.

The WUSV qualifier in 2014 is the USCA's last chance .. if they cheat again the WUSV will stop the qualifier.  Consider the source indeed .. an organization that lied to it's membership and the WUSV for 5 years!!

I'll put the accusations in terms that are simple. Somebody is making stuff up on the internet.
