@hexe- yes I know they weren't submitted to OFA, just wanted to mention that my vet won't even do any xrays w/o verifying ID if there was even a chance they may be getting sent in to OFA. I do know that microchips can/will migrate to other parts of the body, but do show up on xray. Its happened to me more than once.

I am taking her later today to a few different vets to check on her chip.
She must have been done in Germany, if there's one at all. I did most of
everything you guys suggested. Now that she has bad hips I thought maybe
I'd not get apologies as I know that will never happen.
I do know my vet said there's NO WAY her hips would change that drastic !!
Cesna has done nothing for me ! I am contacting her today and giving her the
option to either take her back and refund my money or go to court !! I am tired
of getting screwed by people over dogs. I know that $900 is too much and I just
want to really get her into a good home, she's a very pretty girl and has a good
temperament. She is the dog I took into xray there's no reason on earth why when
I purchased her for breeding would I want a dog with bad hips. Nor would I take
another dog in her place to xray. That's just crazy talk !
I don't know if a chip can migrate or not but will see. And yes I guess now that she
could have taken another dog in to xray and say it was Farah. I mean come on now
she's lied to me many times already. She didn't reg. her and bred her 2x as well. And
now this with the xrays. Her puppy buyer's will never get their dog papers as I'm the owner.
What I am concerned with if she takes her back how do I know she won't give her puppy
buyers papers ? As she has never been in her name. She will be on a spay agreement
NO MATTER WHO SHE GOES TO !
So CESNA here is your chance to do the right thing, you sold me a dog with bad hips !!
Quit telling everyone the same damn story that you didn't know it. Come here and pick her
up and make the refund in CASH. I do not trust you and nobody else should either. I also
don't threaten people to go to court, I will take you to court. And everything I've said from the
beginning is the truth, so no I never did any slander towards you. If anyone is interested take
a look at her contract one of the stipulations on it says, "you can't talk about any problems
with the dog/puppy you purchase from her " "NO SLANDER that it must be taken care
of between Cesna and buyer or the contract is null and void. Who puts that on their contract ?

You have films of Farah, and her microchip can be found. Herr Konig also has copies of Farahs prelims..

This is not a dig at any one, please don't take it that way.
Sounds like both parties have bred Farah? How about if you both just put your personal feelings aside, stop worrying about who screwed who and come
up with a solution in which Farah is the winner?

I do feel for Farah... She has a wonderful personality and is quite the character... I did not sell Farah to make any money off of her... It has been nearly a year since her sale, and I have taken hit after hit from the buyer. At one time, I did offer to take her back and refund the money... The buyer will never be satisfied and that is what bothers me... I should have asked for references from the buyer; I should have waited until I had the AKC paperwork in hand; many lessons have been learned from this ordeal... I was warned by many, but gave the benefit of the doubt. Farah did not cost a fortune, but this ordeal has cost me a lot.

I'm just asking that both parties take a step back (and damn that would be hard at this juncture) and concentrate on what the best solution for Farah
would be.
I know that's asking a lot at this point, there has been so much hate and mud slinging.
I know I would have a hard time at this point so maybe I'm being hypercritical, I hope I would be able to though.
She sounds like a nice girl that deserves the best.

I think the reason someone would put this in their contract would be so that things like this) what has happened in the case with Farah) do not get spread out all over the internet. That way if something happens like what happened in this case things could be handled in a civil mannor and between buyer and seller. That way emotions do not take over and things that should have never been said get said on a public forum.
In the end it is the dog that gets the loosing end of a conflict like this. I wholeheartedly hope that this will get handled in a more civil matter from now on.
Good luck to BOTH parties in this matter and I hope that it gets settled soon... for FARAH'S SAKE!

Jyl... You hit the nail on the head... My contract was drafted by an attorney so that two adults could work out a solution to a problem in a civil and private manner. The Internet is and can be a persons worst enemy when it comes to trying to solve and issue... I have abided by every contract I have ever signed and in this case the dog is the one who is stuck in the middle... It is a nightmare...

I didn't start this latest thread. But came on here again and did
produce her xrays, I know they're real bad. I don't have to convince
anyone else. I spent over a year now with her and love her !
