My avatar picture is Cannonball...an aptly named 13 mos old female of mine.  She's proving quite the working dog.

Gosh Joan.... oxymoron... thats all what you have to say? I understand that you are upset about certain things, but cant you take this out privately, pls? I have personal fad's with some folks too, but dont bring it here or make them look bad, trying to get people to agree with "my site". This is Maggies first GSD she is going to title; what other dog you are referring to did clearly not work out from early on. Give credit where credit is due, despite your personal disagreements!  It is a nice dog, and there is a good amount of time and training that goes into such dog.

Sina, proud member of a USCA allowed club "owned" by an alleged dog abuser ..... sorry Joan, that statement of yours just rubbed me the wrong way.... the very wrong way

I don't believe that anyone abusing or neglecting dogs belonging to them or entrusted to them by owners for "training" should be allowed to participate in ANY event. Period. Unfortunately they do and will and also even have their own clubs. Right here in NC there's one just up the road from me who is in that category, that I found out his ways through personal experience. Some of their followers believe the end justifies the means, so their evil ways will be enabled by them.

So that rubs you the wrong way?? so that means you would advocate dog abuse and that the 'end justifies the means?' humph, guess you will find the club that fits your philosophy. They aren't hard to find if you ask the right questions to the right people.

Damn Joanro

It means exactly what it says, nothing more or less. STOP putting word in other people mouth. Why should you or anyone lese give a damn what anyone else thinks or believes. Live your life better and be an example to others who need to live or believe better. Just be nice.

I was being nice, Paul.

by Paul Garrison on 03 May 2013 - 12:05

That might be nice for you, but that's not nice.

Well, I guess that's one of those ' you had to be there' to get it.
But from your angle, not knowing the 'inside', I understand your opinion.
