I am getting an idea from your drawing, maybe there is no need for a full house drawing, a roof, only a roof will indicate a house.

I got good ideas from every one of you, from Dawulf drawing I know how to represent the house in the Logo.

I had some more thoughts. Is the actual wording we see a translation? Will the printed words be in your language and therefore look different? I do not like 'petnutrition" being one word. It might get more searchability as Pet Nutrution, too. Especially if Amman is the name of your House? More balance and more design options, too.

For instance, keeping with the roof symbol for "House", if Amman, with the right font choices, the letter "A" could be a stylized roof, you could have two, really and it would be like the whole neighborhood is feeding their pets your food.  Also, I think this venture of yours is something new, a first for Jordan? How about using the colors of your flag? I happen to think they work well for the idea. And where I show a white star, you could use the white star on the Jordanian flag.

I am limited to what this editor has, but your designer by now should want to give you some of his talent. No offense Ibrahim, but the first sketch looked like it was designed by an engineer.  LOL   

Also, the outline of an animal can be used creatively as part of the negative space of a letter, but you get the idea, I think.  Play around, maybe, reverse the colors... see what he comes up with?

I like Beetree's ideas of using the letters for 'houses' too... I forget what they call that, but I think it should definitely be considered. I look forward to seeing what the final outcome is. Good luck Ibrahim! :)

Very Artistic, beetree & Susie. Well beetree I hate to admit it, but you are correct, it was a rigid engineer's design. Anyway the designer is rising to the challenge and says he will make a simple Artistic design out of all your posts and he says it will gain your approval/appraise, so we wait and see.

It is a translation from Arabic and here are the choices
1. Amman House for Pet Nutrition
2. Amman House for Petnutrition
3. Amman Pet Nutrition House
4. Amman Petnutrition House

I still have the chance to decide on any of the above, once I choose and submit it will become official and difficult to change.
P.S: The reason I was leaning towards Petnutrition (one word) is people will talk about it, is it correct? shouldn't it be two words? was it done on purpose? etc............ which will make the name stick in one's memory, sort of a trick. There is a background to this; Pet food & Petfood, you know !

  *About tricks.... not what I would go for, they usually won't stand the test of time and aren't good for your identity... you should go for google searchability! Petfood works better, because the words are one syllables. Petnutrition just looks cumbersome to me. If you do use one word... do a font change or color change, like this:

...Personally I would get rid of the "for"... but you are the final judge, Ibrahim!  I'm just playing around while we wait to see what your guy has come up with.... .


Things to consider.... too, are you going to be using a printing press or computer generated art? Each pass with a new color on a press will cost more. Certain colors also, usually, cost more.
