I'm sorry! I just wanted you to realize you need to get on this NOW and not waste time. I also wanted you to be aware that many vets are very ignorant in nutritional issues since it's just an elective course for many of them. They are not trained in large breed nutrition.
Please just read up on a few of the sites I linked you to and do what you can from here on out (I'd try the Great Dane Lady's suggestions for diet) and hope for the best.

Is there anyway you can jet across the sea with him to Egypt? They have a decent vet, likely better than most any in Dubai.
Here is their website, inshaallah they are still in service.

I had a good post with links but my stupid cat lost it.
Look up nutritional consulting vets or holistic vets in Dubai.I found a few. They are likely going to have far more nutritional knowledge than an average vet. I found one place that had a surgeon who also did acupuncture and one that specialized in rehab and water therapy as well as nutritional consulting. Help is out there- Dubai seems like a better place for that than where I live, lol!

I agree with Jenni, get him off suplements as too much of calcium can be a disaster.Sometimes less is more.

Hello everyone,
I went to the vet who told me to stop all the supplements and give him Dry food ( Royal Canin Sensitivity ) coz my Paulo had on and off diarrhea problem. the vet told me that he is not a Nutrition expert ! he told me that we have to X-ray the hips and elbows but I will travel for 2 weeks so I postponed that till I come back. but DOES THE DOG HAS TO BE SEDATED FOR THE X-RAY??!!!
Thanks.

Khalil, if you want to get your money's worth out of the x-ray, then yes, you should have him sedated. They don't need to put them all the way under like the do for surgical procedures, just enough to completely relax the dog. You risk getting a poor image if it's done with the dog completely awake, and you'll just end up paying for several films that aren't of diagnostic quality.

Thanks,
it just didn't cross my mind that a dog can be partly sedated so I was wondering how can be x-rayed while sleeping thats why I was asking :)

Khaled, try to get the dog out to sandy areas or plowed soft dirt to
walk him in, also, walking up inclines, zig zagging up & down
inclines, that will help 'tighten' up muscles and ligaments.
He appears to be a very lanky loose showline pup, not typically
what is seen in most working lines, but we've seen many a showline
pup that looked similar. I have no idea how those puppies turned out
hip-elbow wise, but, we don't keep tabs on showlines. Good luck with him!
