PAT, you need to put in a freedom of information request to the NYS Police K-9 unit.
They have to keep rdcords and they habe to provide the requested under a FOIL request.

Actually it is a FOIA request for "Freedom of Information Act."

Geez Jim, much as I hate to disagree with you, and being I am a paralegal in New York, I have made more than one FOIL request for info,
     This IS the NY Law, This is the request for info LAW
I am aware the ACT is what created the LAW

Joni how do I gat the name of custodian of records and their title, company name and address? I dropped the court papers off today to take the girl who was suppose to watch Aldo for me. They said we will have a court date in the next 30 days. Thank all of you for all of your help, without everyones help I would not have been able to go on.

The last thread somehow has been removed. The court date is Feb. 27th with the girl who was to babysit Aldo. I have alot more to share after that date. Thank all of you for your help.

Had court date Feb 27th on to trial march 28th. All of your prayers are welcome lots more to share after trial.

I have retained a great criminal lawyer. The next meeting between lawyers is on June 12. I will keep all of you updated, please keep praying ... . for Aldos safe return. Thanks so much for all of your help from the start, and most of all this past 3 months. Please ignore last post for some reason I had not been able to respond to this thread.
