I'm sorry! It's so crushing losing one, no matter what age.

The brand name of the goats' mile I used is --  Meyenberg    www.meyenberg.com

Sorry for your loss.  I went out and bought a container to make sure I had the right name.

So sorry....I was hoping too. Dear little thing, he was so lucky to have had you pulling for him. Certainly you gave him the time he had, & the companionship & TLC to make that time worthwhile.
Our runt was not that tiny, she only needed help the first day, but she still grew up to have issues.
Some things are just not meant to be; but that little angel you fostered, maybe, was here to learn a lesson, & you taught him love.
God bless you for trying, I hope you find comfort.

I haven't been here for a few days and I am so saddened to see this precious little one didn't make it. I'm so sorry for your loss. Bless you for all the heartfelt love, time and effort you put into trying to help him survive.

So sorry the little one didn't make it. It wasn't for the want of trying and so much caring. A tiny pair of angel wings to carry him to the bridge. Godspeed little Noah.

Thank you everyone, for your kind words.

In my personal experience I never saw a pup die past 3 days old (except for being laid on/accidentally killed.)   I am very saddened that he did pass away but he gave me some good lessons and experience.  I had never even heard of a pup being born in an emaciated condition before.

Little Noah himself tried very hard too, I know he wouldn't have made it this far if he hadn't had such a strong spirit and drive.

Noah's breeder has a small herd of yearling goats he just got last year.  So, in the future there will be fresh goat milk.  :)
