Agree with Bhaugh and Hexe.
I had a bitch w/a UTI and she matured out of it. I have found Cephalexin to be more effective for UTIs, incidentally. Sometimes a different antibiotic works better depending on the bacteria causing the problem. I would give a really good probiotic with it if you're going to stick with antibiotics, though.
