I agree IF Ober presents again....he stands a chance..
BUT...if I were to guess (other than Ober).....Remo is a strong contender for the position.

THE NEW VA1 WILL BE REMO VOM FICHTENSCHLAG, AND MAYBE QUATTRO WILL BE VA5.

Remo

One thing for sure, the VA1 dog will be owned by a German SV judge or by an owner that is directly associated with the judge.  There is big money involved and Germans have a system to keep it a monopoly, so sad! There is better dogs than the VA dogs that place further back of the class, it's what the owners willing to pay to get the better placing, it's all business.

Fingers crossed for Remo, he is a favorite of mine. Eagerly awaiting progeny of Conbhairean Uno, if he produces I hope to a see him go very high in the coming years.

Let's shake up the SV... show Marin Zur Kronbach with the show line dogs and see where he places.  If the SV is serious about wanting to strengthen the show lines and bring in some new blood.  He's drop dead beautiful, and works @ a "V" level also.  wouldn't that be a real Hoot??  LOL

windwalker18, wow beautiful dog! I went to his pedigree and saw his father, Woody! wow magnificent looking animals. Like father like son :)

Unfortunetly they will only get a V, not even a high V because they're not black and red. I guess if you do some serious paint job on these dogs. I guess you can call them a "showline" after the paint job is complete. I would actually like seeing some of these workingline dogs obtain a VA.

Maybe for V1 Isaac vom Bracheler See

Look how evenly straight the back is on this dog. Another beautiful specimen.
