I forgot to mention one more thing I was told by one of those breeders:
Building on a mother line or father line will continue the line thus will carry on the traits of the line founders.
When you only linebreed on a good dog it's just like a white lie, you only get one or two good dogs like it, but it will not make a pattern or new line and it will not consistently reproduce the favorable traits of the dogs linebred on in next generations, better continue a good line and maybe you flavor it with extra good linebreeding, but linebreeding alone without a distinguished flowing bloodline does not make a a true pattern, it will break. I think I understood what she means, does it make sense to you !!!
