PS: I would NOT do penn hip at any age unless you are dealing with a mature adult and even then I would hesitate as they actually rotate the hip in the socket manually; I do not feel this is good for any dogs hips. I think a good x-ray is sufficient. Best of luck Nan

Pray tell, what's wrong with these hips? If there is a problem, I wish some knowledgeable person would step up to the plate and point out the specific problem(s).

I am not seeing anything noticeably wrong with this youngsters hip x rays....
They look like normal hips to me......I'm not a vet, but I would have little concern regarding these x rays at this point.
