Thanks but what we learned in the pageant Venue is Politics wins Competition Status in most Beauty Contests... I could tell some tales about what and by who happened in the Miss Texas Universe Contest even back then.
But for sure one thing happened..My daughter learned how to present herself in the realm of thinking on her own and learning that Money can buy almost anything. But it is what is inside you and how hard you worked and the feeling of Honest vs BS that you walk away with Experience in learning about All types of people.
THe most difficult of the whole competition was the Answering of the Questions by the panel of people picked to get you to use your brain.
She learned some very valuable lessons in life by being nominated to the Miss TExas USA competition.

I won't post any of myself since I have posted them before, and I really don't think I photograph all that well. I have a few new photos of Oakley I may post if I ever get the time. Things have been hectic and I haven't checked in for a while...When I was last here, there were two listed forums..Now there are five!
