Louise M. Penery
Just becasue Noell's close-by doesn't make him an obvious choice. There is much more to it then that... Noell is a fine dog and I have been thinking about it, but my VA bitch crosses best with Hill lines. I already have a Pakros puppy.

Hero, the father of Brick is a Hanny x Pakros puppy.

Hill vom Farbesnspiel x Daughter of Saber Steffen-haus =  GREAT match (Yukon!)

Hanny is a daughter of Saber Steffen-haus and I'm betting that a match with a son of Hill would make a very nice litter.

I'm thinking about VA Yappo von Tronje in New York
Maybe V2 Yash, Yukon's littermate brother in Georga

Yapo a Hill grandson, the line breeding would be and I could be set up to save a female
5- 4........................................... in VA4 - VA1(N) Natz vom Steigerhof

Yash the line breeding would be - this could recreate a Saber type dog - risky but could be very rewarding.
5 - 3............................................. in VA1 Ulk von Arlett
5,5 - 4........................................... in VA4 - VA1(N) Natz vom Steigerhof
5 - 4............................................. in V13 Largo vom Breidenbacher-Schloß
5,5 - 4........................................... in V Julchen vom Mönchberg
4 - 3............................................. in VA1(HUN) V14 (BSZS) Zapp vom Mönchberg
5 - 4............................................. in V Laika vom Nassauer Berg
4 - 3............................................. in V Sarah vom Nassauer Berg
3 - 2............................................. in V Saber vom Steffen-Haus

jyota a hanny daughter is gorgious and has solid protection work ------- her line breeding is
4 - 3............................................. in VA1 Ulk von Arlett
5 - 4............................................. in V Dolly von Arlett
5 - 5............................................. in V Quina von Arminius
5 - 5............................................. in VA7 Fedor von Arminius
5 - 4............................................. in VA5 Yago vom Wildsteiger Land
4 - 5............................................. in VA6 Odin von Tannenmeise

Since the OP was opinions on the "Brick" and not "Opinions on why I did the breeding", I will say that from what a person can conclude from the picture, I think he was well named...He is a very handsome guy and I am sure you will have tons of fun with him....Good Luck, and continue to make decisions for YOUR own reasons.....

With his hair sticking out all over, and the angle of his tail, looks a bit like a baby raccoon.

Just my opinion, but when someone loves a breed, and is not looking for a commercial turn over,  they will take the 16 months to 2 years to get their bitch titled and health tested and then breed her.  So what if she "can't produce puppies"? Did you not enjoy living and training with her?  You can get another "pup factory" and try again if it doesn't work out, right?

I just don't understand not loving the dog you got and working with it.  I've kept bitches that did not turn out breed quality and it hasn't been the end of the world. I've enjoyed my time with them and they are still my companions.  Despite those NOT in the know, who assume I cull everything, I have quite a collection of altered "just pets" around here!   I just see the "breed them first" as an excuse and it puts pups out there (in an already overcrowded market) that, like stated above, may fall into the hands of more "let's just breed them on their past pedigree, and hope for the best" breeders.
