Sock Puppet.. Some of us DO have a clue. We know that this forum is infested by AR activists, trying to infiltrate and get their message / agenda across.
The message sucks, in my opinion...like, for example, "Declaration of War; Killing People to Save Animals and the Planet" by "Screaming Wolf", as seen on a former Tripod site and the Animal Liberation Front site. THAT is an animal rights tract.
Or, trying to get legal standing in a court of law for animals. That's a dumb idea, too. As much as we love animals, they do not need to be made legally the equal of humans. Things can be done to help animals without irresponsible talk of snuffing out people, harrassing them, publishing trash on the internet, and devolving our jurisprudence and laws under any / all imaginable arguments (which DO become pretty imaginative).
While I was taking a long hiatus from the dogs, I took a lot of time out to study the animal rights and other "socially progressive" movements, such as Marxism, anarchism and the like (mostly anti-American / anti-capitalist). I also became a fairly passionate civil libertarian and fan of the US Constitution, Bill of Rights and Magna Carta.

Crack out the tin foil! WTF are you talking about? Yeah I see activists all over this board.

by DDR-DSH on 18 July 2010 - 23:07 DDR-DSH Posts: 744 Joined: Mon Dec 26, 2005 01:23 am Well, those five little puppies you mention were three days old, so yes, they were inside, but at any rate, they were also taken by the "humane" workers, and I saw the last one alive in their filthy, disease ridden impound facility in a four by four foot kennel, damp, dirty floor.. puppies very stunted for lack of food. Veterinarian testified that they were being fed cafeteria style ("free fed") from a hopper type feeder, about eighteen inches off the ground, with cheap, dry Purina dog food in it.. large chunks about the size of a table grape. How is a weaning puppy expected to eat that, much less reach it? The mother was carrying the next to the last pup in her mouth, frantically pacing the kennel and looking at me, like, "Get me out of here". The pup she was carrying was almost dead. She just went around and around, carrying that pup, while the one stunted pup still alive just watched her, bewildered. Mother was given a tiny blue plaster mixing tray with a hand towel in it. The towel was orange. It was no way big enough for all of them and the floor was damp and dirty, full of bacteria and coccidia, no doubt. Those pups were doomed from the time the "humane officers" got them. All died. Shameful day for law enforcement.. This was a litter I had planned for four years, and hoped to kick off a program to produce occasional donations for law enforcement. They don't need any help from the public. They do quite well for themselves, it seems, even if it involves cheating and lying. So, be it. I donated dogs in the past to a major metro PD and US Customs ( I have evidence to prove this, also), but never again. Not entirely their fault, of course.. They are only as stupid as the average person, and the average person is deceived by "animal rights" lies and activism, so.. I just expected a little more, you know, than a Joe SixPack mentality and gullibility from law enforcement and prosecutors who have been told that breeders are evil (Why? So that AR / rescue people can hog the pet market and bury their private sector competition?) In case people haven't figured it out, yet, the "humane" industry is just an impound industry (like auto impound), taking and selling private property on any pretense they can. Also, in case no one has figured it out, yet, this list is infested with animal rights legal / propaganda activists. I never said I was totally without fault.. I NEVER said that. But, I say their case was not so righteous. It is too easy to lie, fabricate / tamper with / suppress evidence. You are guilty until YOU prove yourself innocent, and that is not the responsibility of anyone but the defendant and their lawyers. The truth matters for nothing in a court of law, unless you have the kind of money it takes (a lot) to stay the course for perhaps months to get it out in court, eventually. It generally isn't worth it, if you can take a plea. That's why people take pleas, and that's why prosecutors offer pleas, because they are not always so motivated or comfortable with their case. Interesting new development in the news.. An appeals court overturned the Federal conviction of a man who wore all sort of military medals he didn't earn and told war stories that were fabricated, based on First Ammendment rights.. So, it's OK to lie.. It's called "Free Speech". I could be lying, or Sock Puppet could be lying or Schaferhunden, or the reporter who wrote that story, based on allegations made by a public employee, all of which is protected under "qualified immunity" clauses. There is nothing anyone can do about it.. We are free to lie, at will! I guess that means that we are also free to believe in lies. And, we do.. all the time? So, I hope that there is a God (and I believe that there is!) because He / It is eternal, immutable truth, and knows all.. I can't speak for Him, but personally, I believe that God does not love a

"Declaration of War; Killing People to Save Animals and the Environment"

http://www.petakillsanimals.com

http://www.consumerfreedom.com

http://www.activistcash.com

http://humanewatch.org/

Look up PeTA and HSUS and some of the main players like Wayne Pacelle, JP Goodwin (former ALF spokesman).

Another good site discusses animal rights as a cult:

http://www.rickross.com/groups/abusive.html

http://www.rickross.com/reference/animal/animal104.html

You can put "PeTA" and "animal rights" into the Rickross search engine and come up with a lot of results!

The "animal rights" movement is not only an underground / subversive movement, but also works actively to change law through legislative and court processes. The end goal is to make all animal ownership and use impossible and at least largely obsolete. This two pronged approach (illegal / subversive and legal activism) is an approached used at least as early as the days of Emma Goldman, the anarchist / Bolshevist whose fiery rhetoric inspired the assassination of a US President (McKinley).

The "animal rights" movement is not exactly up front about what they want and how they go about it. They have in the past openly discussed the infiltration of dog communities, so don't be surprised at anything.

Sam Spade.. Do you smoke your crack in tin foil? LOL

Schaferhunden.. Yes, the poor little puppies.. Since you are so relatively illiterate in your writing style, cutting and pasting is easier for you. Knock yourself out! Leave the great writings such as "Declaration of War; Killing Humans to Save Animals and the Environment" to the literary greats like "Screaming Wolf". LOL Why don't you cut and paste that in here, too? Oh.. Yea.. It's a really, really mind-numbing long rant by a REAL crazy person, maybe a friend of Ted Kaczinsky. LOL

Have fun chasing / biting your tails, bitches! Goodbye!

by Schaferhunden on 20 July 2010 - 13:07

DDR, we all know you are breeding and selling puppies. In the END you will be judged your lies and deceit. And the all the pain and suffering you caused those helpless animals. "They couldn't move around for exercise. Three was no food or water in most of the cages. Inside the living room of the house was a female German shepherd with five little puppies in one of those carriers." Janice Bartmess denies the allegations that were made on Thursday. She thinks the problems of the kennel are being exaggerated. "I say it's exaggerated and there's a lot of lying going on. I'm not saying everything was perfect. I think the situation between my side and what they are saying is absolutely bipolar ...." An emaciated German shepherd was found in the front yard, the dog was in a small dog carrier. The animal was so ill that veterinarians had to euthanize it. They then found dogs in the backyard and in the garage living in horrible, filthy conditions. "The ground was covered with feces over a foot high in some places." "I say it's exaggerated and there's a lot of lying going on." I said i didn't do it. It was Mel Gibson or Ted Kaczinsky

Well Steve I am glad you posted the link! I had no idea who  "No Curs" was! Diane I have to say that you are a credit to your chosen breed, and I admire your tenacity, dedication and pursuit to preservation of  the Pit Bull as it was intended to be. I have always been an admirer of the breed, and I found your site to be very informational!
I am glad that the Pit Bull has you in it's corner, it unfortunately doesn't have enough of you, and I hope that the fad some day passes.

Very nice website !! I am happy to be educated on the breed in a diffrent light. I live in a city that has breeding restriction for pits, and now they are upping the law and leaning towards manditory spay/neuter for all dogs ( starting now with $100 intact fees).. Just FYI if more people would get involved in their citys meetings there could be healthier laws passed for our familys and pets.
