Believe me I am trying to find a way that maybe I can have him watched. That way if he does something wrong there is proof. Although I don't want another animal to suffer cause of him.I just don't have the evidence other then what he said....or more so bragged about !! Thankfully he has only had one spawn and IS neutered now. One spawn is bad enough though since the kid is evil.He is 5 and just down right mean to animals. Scary to think of what he is going to be like when he is older.
