Its important to remember the placement of the bark collar is very different from the e-collar it has to be under the throat latch and fairly snug,ask them for the super long contacts points or even clip the hair under the neck and use cheap neosporin as contact gel , Because of the placement its very hard for dogs not to get ''bark collar wise'', a lot of dogs just lay down with a look of resignation at which point I say ''too bad!!'' for dogs that bark in the crate or kennel they will usually generalize the location and have some permenant change. You just want to make sure the dog is confined when you intro the collar in the event its the rare type that yelps and yaps and fights the collar
