Hi Lynne
Surely you did not think i meant your Pic's, They are very nice of your family and my post was of course directed at Tony and his Dog, a bit of twisted English humour
i wondered what your question marks were for, Sorry if you got the wrong idea I never dreamed your ? marks post was directed at me until i saw Stacy reply, Makes me feel a bit of a Fool

Steve, don't feel bad about your wrinkles!  I know a lot of people, some as young as forties, that have more wrinkles that you!  I think you have nothing to worry about...:-)

As for food, I'm with YR...We don't bother with low fat stuff, either.  Usually worse for you than the real thing.  But I have begun to learn to use a little less salt, and work more with herbs.  Did you know that turkey soup is good with Italian spices, like Oregano? Heck, chicken and pork are pretty flavorful with it, depending on what you're making.

A quick fix meal is a whole chicken, cooked off the bone with seasoning, fish out bones and whatever else you don't want, and then add carrots and potatoes, and some homemade egg noodles (1 egg to one cup of flour, with a half teaspoon of salt, and enough milk to make it workable, rolled out and cut into strips or whatever shape you want).  Pretty tasty!

Stress is the best thing you can eliminate from your life for health, along with junk food, pop, and the rest of that garbage, too.  I use soap on my face, because it's the only thing that really cleans my face, though I prefer to use our own homemade soap!

Wonderful pics, everyone!  Keep them coming, I love to see them.

Hi Crys
Here is a recent pic, you can really see the lines in this one, But i never get stressed, only one time in my life about 40 years ago, It did not last long i was lucky to shake it off, but it was not nice so i do not wish it on anyone
