Shrabe,
I have read nothing on this thread other than the top few, including yours.  I just want to say, welcome to the gsd message board where opinions fly at the speed of light, judgement is in and the sentance of death is handed down long before all the info is in.  We are a funny lot, us people.  How quick we are to pronounce a guilty plea on others with half the story,  yet demand a fair unbiased trial for ourselves.  Ah, aren't we something.

SilverJudge

I am sure the she is NOT paying for her private Attorney. Just go back to her old posts on germanshepherdcentral.com
She explains in detail how to get an Attorney to do pro bono work!

That is sickening if she is getting an attorney to do this pro bono.

That said, I'm NOT a dog breeder. I plan on breeding MY dog AFTER health TESTING and TITLES. But that is a ways off. I have posted dogs for sale for my dog's breeder as she does not have internet access and isn't as quick at a computer as I am. I then weed out the looky-loos and idiots, then pass on the good ones to her.

I feel that Jen did something wrong and she needs to own up to it, unless she is telling the truth(a simple polygraph should prove that.). She will be prosecuted however, the prosecutors in her area see fit.

I genuinely feel sorry for the dogs.

She got out of the working lines cause she said they were too soft for her handling. She went through a lot of dogs according to her before she got the "right" ones.

There were I believe 6 puppies in the "D" litter but I'm not sure.

WOW WHAT PRESS THIS GETS. do any of you believe this was done on purpose to the dogs? ACCIDENTS HAPPEN .WE SHOULD ALL BE SO LUCKY AS TO NEVER A MAKE A MISTAKE . Yes this was a tragic one. i bet she never forgets the look of the dead DOGS . Who cares who pays for her lawyer its no ones business but her and the greater powers that be.So now who here wants to be the greater powers to be? Who here has not made a mistake that cost them a dog or something else. Not me!! This looks like a lynching of a name.

Wuzzup there is a world of difference between an accident and negligence, which is what I think people are angry about.

I take distance to this thread and to the tasteless, inscrupoluous person who thought that cutting and pasting from another board to be appropriate to past my personal comments on this board (which is against the TOS).  For me, you all belong in the same sewer.

It is unfortunate that copying/pasting material from other boards as well as copying/pasting material received in private emails may not only violate TOS but also copyright laws.

The latter happened when the WDA "Waffling" thread (regarding sanctions against member Julie Martinez) was removed from the PDB after Tony posted his private emails from Julie.
