"G" litter?

5 litters in perhaps less than a year? No wonder dogs were in the truck?

Jen sure likes to breed her dogs.... these 5 litters do not include a couple  other breedings that didnt take...

This whole story just keeps becoming more sordid as time goes on. Poor dogs...

No record of any hip/elbow certification on her male either, but hey is at least is AKC registered now.

Looks like the story of the "c" litter being an "accident" may not be the truth either!

I never thought that the "C" litter was an accident. I always thought that there was something up there. She has no official health testing on any of the dogs being bred over and over. Nor does she have any titles on them, REAL Titles, Schutzhund titles or French Ring something to that affect. 5 litters in less than a year is IMHO Irresponsible and breeding for money. The "D" litter I was told was a "test" litter to see what she would produce........I find that wrong. Shortly after I saw the page for Discoe on Jen's site, it was removed after I asked her about it. I wish I would've saved it. The good thing is that Discoe is only Co-Owned by Jen and lives with the other co-owner from what I found out.

Since the "E" litter was sold out, then more than likely the dog was bred and had puppies and Jen just never posted about it. Probably what funded part of her private attorney to fight these charges. Also, Rebel was with her that day as well but he went into the clinic with her......sounds fishy to me as to why she didn't take all 3 in on such a warm day.

I think Jen is a good person at heart, I think that some of her post decisions after the "accident" are not in her best interest. Especially if she really bought a new dog so soon after letting the other 2 die. I think she may have lost sight of what is right and wrong in breeding dogs though.

She never went "public" on the boards about her "d" litter - how many pups were there?

by Louise M. Penery on 16 October 2009 - 02:10

There appear to be fundamental issues involving credibility, misrepresentation, reliability, and responsibility. Sometimes tough decisions in today's economy? I imagine that many responsible breeders (who often have difficulty selling their own pups to suitable homes) are probably unsympathetic to Jen and may be her worst enemies.

However, I agree that Jen appears to have a good heart and that justice will not be served by sentencing her to a jail term.

Just curious, Louise: Why should "she" not go to jail, as opposed to any yahoo we hear about in the news who does the same thing? Whatever, if any, puppy funds are used for her defense should have been used for good legal advice at the outset. Having just read all the efforts by her well-meaning friends on another board to get publicity about the proverbial "one-armed man," coupled with Jen's refusal to accept responsibility for her own actions, it very nearly seems that their activities may well have been a factor in the current situation.

So much todo about this accident and nothing about the two A named dogs from OHIO HMMMMMMMMMMMM.

um maybe because this thread is not about those dogs

let's not forget the litters before her gsd ones the new dog breed what was it called? I had an ad out looking for an assistance dog she answered with wanting to sell me a dog named reba... after she posted the many problems obviously that would not work with what I needed and not one question of the life the dog would have.

Sorry, but I do not support her and never have from my observations before this incident. However, as I previsouly said I hope everyone do well to learn from this and listen when someone says something will hurt your dog and double think before leaving your dog in a vehicle and it is a sad shame these two dogs were indeed fine loving and loyal animals that did not deserve this care. No matter how mild I cannot condone leaveing dogs locked up and not even a shade tree above the shell in summer. They were crated why not leave at least the rear lid open even? It gets hot in those things there is no insulation and sunlight pouring in with no shade to block it ever heard of greenhouse effect?

Accidents happen but the neglect in this case is not admitting any responsibility and if it were me I could not just go on so easy with yet another pup, it would have devestated me beyond belief. I have tried resisting posting my feelings but I can't.
