The reason there is a different flu vaccine every year is because of the flu strains really do mutate fairly quickly and the vaccine is ffeally just a gueass of what the manufacturer think the prevelent strains will be
There is nothng wrong with using herbal remidies in conjuction with modern medicine. I take echhinaecia(sp) at first onset of cold or flu I also increase my vitamin C and zinc intake. I am sure there are others more versed in herbal than I
Make sure you are getting your information from a reliiable source. Just because something is natural does not make it safe. Medicine as well as herbs are tools- used improperly than can harm just as well as help
Bottom line people will often talk about health issues but wont do some of the preventatve things such as washing their hands, getting enough sleep, Eating right. Exercising, etc the healthier you are the easier it will be for you to fight infections etc.. In general many people don't cover their mouth when they cough so that is another reason the hand washing is so important.

I'm waiting for the Kevin Trudeau book on colon care, hes that good. Nothing like a good clean out to perk you up.
There are a lot of old books on herbal uses and folk medicine if you just look.
I don't have any titles handy, I'll have to rumage through my shop and see whats on the shelves.
The Foxfire books have some information.
There is no cure for a virus short of your own immune system anyway.
No bs, not just passing thru, and its always the same shit everyday.

well, think about it..........
the last time we had a big computer virus scare was about a month ago. the conficker worm. yup, "they" knew about it well in advance. why? because this shit is concocted by the very people who benefit from it. as they say, "follow the money."
no different with flu viruses. follow the money and you will see who benefits from them most. this strain was most certainly produced. it did not occur naturally. no doubt it was produced for a reason.
