I already plan to have her fixed so that is not an issue. And I just got back from the vet. He said it is a cerebral problem and more than likely came from her laying on him at one point while the skull was still soft. He gave him a shot of steroids and said we should see something in a couple days.
If that does not work, we will have him put to sleep. But not until then.

This may be a bit off topic, but I have to ask since I really dont know much about this breed...
but two moons, isnt a pit bull itself considered a mix breed. I mean, it is not an AKC breed.
