.....love to see hunds playing in the elements ...all types ..i encourage it ...i have an area..a small room with just straw  on the floor nothing else ...about a foot deep..an hour in there and its nice and dry hund..better if there is 2 0r more as they will play and dry quicker..gotta let em enjoy the elements...they are  still animals and need this..

yea, I really should have just let it dry and then tried to brush it out.   That stuff was nasty......

A remember a few years ago herding with my black and tan male in the mud.  When we were done, he looked like a sable!   He was completely covered!

The tub was so much fun to clean afterward!

Grinding all that fine rock/dirt particles would be pretty abrasive on the enamel of the bathtub.  Not to mention all the work cleaning it.

yes and it's already been refinished once.   very old tub.....thinking of having it done again.  since it looked brandy spanking new afterward for about a 1/4 of the cost of a new tub.....

If i could afford it i would have an outside Shower built ,so the Dogs could be cleaned easy
In the case of this Pup, a Shower would have been better than the bath,

OMG Rezkat---the look on your guy's face is priceless!  "Please not another bath mommy!  Pleeeeeeeasseeeee?  Do not want..."  And then the last one with him scratching his muzzle--so cute! :D

She loves to hose fight.  So usually at the end of the bath she gets to do that a little bit.  Otherwise that's all she wants to do is chase the water!
