Very sad. Orbit was a fine dog and a great representative of the best the breed has to offer.

Christine,
Orbit is my all time Hero in the GSD world and always has been and always will be. After several years of looking I was able to buy a daughter that Orbit sired with V Emely vom Winnloh, and bought her just 5 months ago. She is 2 year old Rena vom Winnloh, out of one of the very last litters Orbit produced.
Rena just produced her first litter with VA Olly vom Grauen, and I have a female from this litter I will be keeping as well as I have waited so long to have Orbit's superb qualities in my lines.

I will give Orbits daughter Rena and his young 2 mth old grand daughter both a super home for life, and love them dearly and will always see my Hero Orbit in my girls in so many ways. Orbit will always be my Hero and now, in a way, will always be with me.

You have my deepest sympathies for you loss. He was simply magnificent. I have one of his daughters, Godalis Gisi (call name Kea), now about 5 1/2 years old from Kea v Weiherturchen. I happened to run across Orbit's website one day and looked through the gallery of pictures, and could not believe my eyes when I saw the picture of his head turned with a playful, ornery look in his eyes and knew that I had seen that look a hundred times on his daughter's face. Playful and always has her mind clicking with such personality that many people can never believe. Drive that is off the chart, yet greets me at the door every day as though I have been gone for years, even if I have only been out for an hour. And I have no doubt that she would lay her life down for me in a New York minute. These are all things that I know come from genetics and good breeding. I have a litter that is now just three weeks old (3 males/ 1 female) from her and a Rikkor Bad-Boll/Pitt Tronje grandson and hope that there is a little Orbit waiting to grow out of one of those 3 little fellows.

I firmly believe that you will get to see him again, because this breed of dog just has so much intuition that there must be a soul behind it.

Orbit Tronje has joined the the other great German Shepherds that have gone on before him. I hope that All the great dogs are doing the SCHUTZHUND DANCE in HEAVEN, with Orbit, welcoming him, and are having a grand time, playing and  being young again with no pain and they are all waiting for their special person.
Thank you Orbit... for all that you brought to the German Shepherd, and you will live on thru what you have left behind in the lines that are out there still helping the breed.
May God grant PEACE to the owners of Orbit.  A VERY GOOD BOY!!
This hurts,  and opens up the wounds of all who have lost their dogs who are also part of the family!

You have my deepest condolences for your loss. I once owned an Orbit son, so I definitely have a bit of connection to this great dog. I think Hr. Peter Meßler would have been very proud to see the legend that the Orbit became, in terms of his progeny. May he play in a wonderful place.

Kind Regards,
Bob-O

It does so infinitely suffering to me around this wonderful dog. He will not be forgotten - his grandchild daughter lives with us, and Orbit lives on in her.
Sadly. Christine
