Thank you all very much. I never knew anything about Giardia untill I joined this forum. I am not say it definately is Giardia but Brady started his treatment for Sibo five months ago and surely it should have worked by now. he was originally tested for EPI but that was negative. His cobalamin was <100 folate 11.4. He immediately sarted the antibiotics and has never been off them. He has had a B12 injection 5 times now and had the cobalamin level re-checked two weeks ago. The result was still <100. I did ask my vet about increasing the frequency of the B12 shots but seh said one per month for 6 months was the reccommendation .(UK) He also has probiotics daily. I only came across Giardia by accident when I was looking for something else and I just thought maybe he had both SIBO and Giardia going on, so like you all agree I should tell her to test for it. In fact I am getting more determined by the minute (thank you all ) I think she should treat for it just incase. Yes Yes Yes!!!!
