"I also find it incomprehensible that 2 supposedly well-respected breeders - Julie Marlowe and "Gisela" have ADMITTEDLY known about the condition of these dogs for a considerable amount of time - yet chose to say or do nothing. As well, they choose to make someone else a scapegoat. Disgusting. Ms. Marlowe doesn't even own her own dogs - she breeds under the auspices of an "investor"! And as for her "gut feelings" she has none. She - as most breeders - will sell a puppy to anyone with a checkbook. Sometimes she has trouble placing all of the MANY litters she has per year."

I personally know that Julie owns her own dogs, that she has no trouble sellling her pups.  What's more?  The only time Julie has problems sellling a puppy is when the buyer either can't complete the sale or Julie find out something about them and cancells the sale.  I'm at Julies house at least weekly, know her dogs, and many of her clients (as well as being one).  I knew all about the saga of you trying to buy Jada from her as she told me either over the phone or in person all about your many phone and email conversations.  I was even at her house once when you were talking to her on the phone and that was just after things started to get weird and Julie got off the phone with you and told me she thought things were getting strange wih you!!

I applauded Julie for not selling Jada to you.  I doubt many people would have turned down the $ in favor of the dogs welfare which she felt would have been in danger because of your obsessive behavior.  Jada now has a very good home.  And Julie can rest knowing that.  Thank God Jada was at least one dog you didn't get your hands on!

DDR SDG,  you are wrong that we are just covering eachother here.  I was never named here at all...I only posted when Julie started getting some 'attention' from hkmerc44. Julie and Gisela are friends but I can tell you that if all accusations against Judy were true and Julie were true I would never come here to say a thing about it.  I won't defend a lie.  But in the end it's up to you to believe what you will, no matter what the truth is. 

Yes, for sure she hit a nerve when she tried to scam a dog off me.  Maybe people should also be asking her some questions as well like what her motives were in the first place. I have seen none of that here. 

Anybody care to go meet girl wrangler, HKMERC44, Sheri Struck.........  I am sure there are plenty of folks in the Idaho area that could go check out her "Facility"  Maybe even find Wolf and get some pictures of him.

I am from Idaho and a friend of my was going to buy Gunda von Riverhaus from this so called  girl wranger,HKMERC44, Sheri Struck. Sheri would not let her come to her house wanted to meet at diffent places and then told her the dog was sold.If this piece of garbage of a person had nothing to hide she would have let people come to her house. BUT SHE KNOWS THAT SHE STARVED AND DUMP THESE DOGS AND WHO KNOWS HOW MANY OTHER GDS SHE DID THIS TO. You might not agree with Alt Ostland breeding program but no dog should have to go throw that kind of hell.  I think this Sheri Struck is all for the money ,if she cared so much for the dogs why did she dump them at the shelter,vets. she had to balame someone else for the condtion of these dogs she didn,t want anyone to think she did this. The sad thing is how many other dogs are still there at her house  in the same shape or dead.

It is sad that dogs are in this kind of condition; but it is even SADDER that grown adults are displaying this kind of Vile behavior!  We do not need to be displaying an individual's personal info on here to play God and get retribution!  What is wrong with these people!  She will be punished for what she does in due time; but placing her family in direct danger from stalkers and the like because of this is NOT the answer!  

Let's all look at the bigger picture here.  How many dogs does Judy own and personally have in her care?  30? 40? Is it SANE for 1 person to have that many dogs and can 1 person properly care for that many dogs? And I'm not talking about just feeding and water...what about daily interaction and one on one attention? Are any of her dogs being worked/shown in anything aside from conformation shows that mean diddly squat to the working dog world? How many of her working line DRR Shepherd puppies have gone to working homes and are currently working-out of the countless number of litters she has had? How many litters a year does Judy produce? I'm sure many of you have heard the term 'puppy miller' and if Judy's situation does not scream out puppy mill to you, you must be blind.  I don't care if her dogs get the very top care, she is a GSD puppy miller-period and it is very sad for these dogs.

While I understand that Judy needed help, who in their right mind sends dogs (esp. that many of them) away with someone that they do not know at all? What do you expect to happen...that is pure stupidity at its worst

What happened with the Rottweilers she used to breed that I've heard stories over?

Someone brought out Gisela and Julie's names...while I have never met Julie personally I don't have to go to her home to know that her dogs are her life and are very well cared for.  Gisela is actually a very close friend of mine and while we may not agree on Judy for the most part, do not lump her into any category because I have personally been to her home many, many, MANY times and her dogs are all taken care of and receive more play time and attention than most other dogs I know of.  I also know that she is the sort of person that may not always agree with what another person does w/ their animals but she will be there front and center bending over backwards if need be if that other person needs help no matter what.  Judy is very, very luck to have Gisela as a friend and I hope she realizes that.

I think Sherri should get everything she deserves, what is wrong with posting her info!!  She sure as hell won't answer any emails or phone calls about these dogs!!!  So I say screw her and post it!!  Maybe someone will go to her house and save the lives of  many much needed animals!!

I have a Wolf & Gunda pup, I went to Rhoda's house, I'm sorry I didn't see 40 starving dogs!!!!!  And I sure as hell didn't see any shy, timid dogs pissing all over themselves either!  I seen BEAUTIFUL, VIBRANT, HAPPY, HEALTHY dogs, tails wagging, so in love with their owner!  Wolf nuzzled my hand to pet him and play ball & leaned on me for some lovins!!  So I'm sorry you are sadly mistaken!!  You should be ashamed of yourself!!!  My Diesel, has the most outgoing personality & wonderful temperament, he has NEVER shyed away from anything, EVERYBODY loves him!!  Who are yo to judge how people breed their dogs?  Makes me wander who exactly you are!!  Are you just here to bad mouth all breeders or to do something about Sherri who is the DEVIL in disguise!!!  What about the dogs that she has (including Wolf), I cried when I found out what kind of home Wolf & Gunda went to, this is down right disturbing to me, those beautiful dogs are SUFFERING and you want to pick on the wrong people!!  How do you know Sherri?
