Naya's Mom

I look for what Blitzen said, interesting, engaging posts. I can think of a few that I look for, Kelly M Shaw, Blitzen, Mirasmom, EKvonEarnhardt, animules, Angusmom, Don Corleone, HaJaDa, these people seem to be up-beat most of the time, and have a nice way of inserting information into a post, without the profanity, aggresivness. Some of these people are newbies, and have an interest in learning, and I enjoy them too! Thanks guys for helping the board, and out-numbering the trolls that exist!

You know you all look for me to post stupid pictures with shock value!

Bob-O is sooo informative.  I have emailed him on a couple of items, and he has been so helpful.  Thats what makes this board so valuable, and the crud?   Well, seems we all hit the back button, its not worth bothering about - and if the folk that add to it thought a little about how they hurt people by accusations and innuendo`s then they themselves would also hit the back button of their gripes.  I agree with ALABAMAK9 that we miss out on a lot of useful and informative folk on here due to back-biting. Long may it cease.  Mo - Mascani

SchHBabe

Oh dear no one has mentioned my name as a poster worth paying attention to. Boo hoo. Oh my poor little self esteem. Woe is me. LOL I look for content more than anything. There are some posters that I ignore either for their pissy attitude or the lack of knowledge or both. Overall I find it quite amusing albeit in a sad kind of way how the simplest of posts can get people so emotional, and polarized. Methinks the real dog trainers are outside training their dogs. So should I, if I weren't sitting in the DQ waiting for my to go order. :) Yvette

I pick you SchHBabe even though your name scares me a little.

I'm very new to this whole talking on the internet  thing and so far, luckily haven't seen any bad posts yet. I usually read topics that I can learn from or if I had the same experience. I'll be honest I don't feel so confident about offering suggestions. I just love my dogs and enjoy listening and sharing the same. I enjoy the humor too, there are not too many people I can talk "dog" with for as long as I'd like to.  So it's a nice place for me to come and not be judged on why I like dogs more than most people I know. Maybe I'm a wierdo but my animals have always  brought me solice and  eased my  pain during the hard times.  "To err is human to forgive canine". So to answer the question any "dog talk"  by anyone  usually has some value to me.

I look for my post, LOL.  JK!!!!!!!!!  I pick the ones out that look of interest basically.

I may not be a regular poster... but I regularly read   "the message board"  for any new ideas that  I could also share with our LOCAL CHATBOARD... I only share my responses to threads that I am affected or issues that I too am encountering... If I am not posting... I could either be on my DAYS OFF @ work ( being a Call Center Rep.) ... spending quality time with my dog... One thing I have noticed is the POLARIZATION of the two types of GSD owners ... Its not anymore the GSD types but the way people think about the GSD's they currently own... When people think about what they want on their GSD... We 'll have variation of  types... I prefer posters who think about the GSD world-wide and tracking the development of the breed.. what had been done... and to what future it will GO...

pietowndogs-->>same here,

sorry for being a newbie guys, wish i had more to offer......maybe one day, after owning a GSD/ GSD's for ten years or more, i will have gathered enough knowledge about them to give advice like some of the very helpful people on here......

as for what i look for first, anything i can learn from, even if i have to wade thro the bashing, insults..etc....and its always nice to see/read something fun or amusing....and hearing people brag or post pics, stories of their dog is always great to hear how much they love their animals, no harm in that....inspires me to do more and take much pleasure in spending time with my dogs, cause yall can make it look so fun, of course...i also get jealous that i cant brag about titles like others get to....sigh..maybe one day.....
