I disagree with you. She liked the dog, wanted to keep it. She did not know it had health issues- your saying that because she got the dog spayed EUROSPORT could tunr its back on her problem with her pre-existing condition?? So if this dog was male, and it had health problems thats worth addressing? Dawn you got screwed- take it like a man.

Been reading this thread out of curiosity.
No one likes to discover a serious health issue in their dog, it is not something anybody could ever completely come to terms with.
However, I cannot fault Eurosport's conduct nor do I think they are to blame in any way. They made a big effort on their part to make things right. They seem to be very professional and genuinely care about their dogs and customers.

just looked billa up- She certainly is a beautiful shepherd. But, my big question is – why did you go out of the country to buy a dog? Especially with some of the best kennels anywhere here in the states?
Anyway, I have to tell you this big shepherd I have rivals any of the dogs on their website.
Odds are –Taz was bred somewhere in the state, my uncle is a 50 year vet-who specialized in racing/jumping equines and working dog breeds. He gave Taz a 100+ and we DNA’d him and he is a purebred German Shepherd. You should have bought American!!
But, I am sorry you had a bad experience, with her being ill. When these kennels ship here-they know that most people will not return the pups/dogs due to expense.

Sure thing Greer,
I work at a law firm making money off of uninformed idiots like yourself.
Where did you learn how to write?
Take some time to learn about your dog. Big isn't a quality informed people like in their German Shepherds. It limits their working ability.

OGBS, no-way, "my Mom" makes the best potatoe salad...oops, I forgot, she's not American.<LOL>
Greer...clearly you are a hostile creature
Hey dawngypsy,
Your Quote: "And just a final note, If Eurosport wouldn't have ignored me for several weeks when I was having all these health issues none of this would have ever happened, its called customer responsibility."
all of this could have been avoided if Eurosport didn't ignore you?...BOO-HOO...I do beleve that email exchanges are considered a form of communication.
and, about your Avitar...who is the"healthy" looking dog pictured with the cute toddler?
Jasmine
