I don't club them, I catch them and throw them in the freezer.. Fourth of July picnics coming up....LOL

The pup I call snake bite was the one who got bitten, she's recovered completely and I'm very glad of that.
They are 6 wks tomorrow and all got shots and baths today.

Glad to hear snakebite is ok! I don't know the difference in venom potency between copperheads and rattlesnakes but we had a bad summer here once when I was young, aout eleven I think. Almost everyone of our mutts(GSD & Border Collie mix) got snakebit in the face by rattlesnakes. Their heads swelled up and they looked horrible. We didn't lose a one. They were swollen for a couple of days but all in all acted like nothing was wrong. My parents couldn't afford to take them all to the vet, just my grandpa's little manchester terrier went. The rest of them had to tough it out. We lived out in the country and other than the over abundance of snakes that year all I remember about that summer was how horribly hot and dry it was. Major drought.
But those faces all distorted are burned into my memory! Snakebite sounds incredibly lucky to me, being so small and all. Nice looking pups!
Yours too Windwalker!
I just love puppies!
