Mithuna you often mention large size like its a good thing. Unfortunately there is a real obsession out their in pet world for bigger GSD. Bigger GSD or any breed are almost always less functional and a hindrance. Its a shame so many breeders don't care and will change the breed to suit the most uneducated aspects if the market.
Amen to that!

For you - my last dog, around 3 years old by then, 84 lb, 25,5 inches tall
The weight was the same till he died.
Are you sure your girl is that big? That´s a LOT for a female. I am not sure about her weight by looking at one pic only, she looks better than before, that´s for sure
We would need to see a picture that shows her standing or at least walking.

OK I raise your bet to a ladder climbing race, me verse your dog up a vertical ladder ...wait, wait quadruple the bet and the first one up a rope....I swear humans are getting dumber by the minute.

How about betting which dog could do this?
I know which one my bets would be on!

regular posters have by now picked up the fact
that there are a lot of them ! And they are indeed
more interesting than pics of a dog lying on a sofa,
the floor, her owner's bed ... but they are also inter-
esting for their content and the way u are trying to
work out how to get good results in exercises when
you have considerably less access to facilities and
trained support than most of your US contemporaries
enjoy.
And no matter how apparently obnoxious you can be
(ROFL), also noted is your willingness to try out advice
you get from people here, or at least think it through.
Also absolutely agree with you that a deliberately
oversized GSD is a 'handicapped' GSD.

Ss I would still take that dog on in a suspended rope climbing comp....not trying to stack the odds in my favour at all.

hn we simply asked to see what you were working with, both Susie and SS nicely complied. And Susie yes, its her vet recorded weight and vet is comfortable with it.
Hund can i see what you have ( other than what is in the avatar )?

Your standards are so low.

I always tend to compare my own dogs to other dogs doing the same ( be it bitework, obedience, tracking, gaiting, or overall endurance ), only by comparing dog/dog you are able to see differences.
