Hey Alicia Jordan,
We just want to say thank you for ignoring our continuous messages requesting the papers on the three dogs we purchased from you. We hope you spent the thousands of dollars we pd you wisely. We have been contacted by 6 different people informing us how you lied and stole from them. It's actually a very sad realization for us because we believed in you, trusted you and even felt sorry for you at times. Also, it is upsetting to learn biene, her litter and xena did not die from being poisoned but by your own negligence. We will be back in touch soon.

You're right your situation is much worse than mine. However, mine still is not over, I got his papers but she "forgot" to sign them. I updated my post so check it out. I really do wish all of you the best of luck in getting this resolved!
Best wishes,
Elizabeth

A completely sincere question -
Why oh why would one buy a dog from a website thousands of miles away from a person you do not know and obviously did not do much homework checking out?
I can guarantee wherever you are that there are reputable well known GSD breeders within 100-500 miles ( prob no more than 300) of your home base - ie well within driving distance and where you can see and touch the dogs and meet the person selling them ( always a great advantage in evaluating a person).
Please tell me in your search for a GSD did you -
Look for a local training group working in schutzhund since the GSD is the most common dog used for that sport and talk to the folks involved asking them where they got their dogs, who did they know in the area etc?
If no schutzhund group did you contact any local obedience clubs or individual trainers ( since most GSDs need training?) and once again ask for help and information.
If no obedience club ( unlikely) how about a specialty GSD club or an all breed club ( contact AKC , UKC or go to their web site - all the contact info is there). Almost every location in the US is within easy driving distance of a show, a match, an obedience, herding, tracking, agility trial. Did you go to any of those and look for GSD people? ( preferably going to several of them)
Did you ask vets in your area if they had clients with GSDs that you could talk to?
Did you talk to ANY local people who are involved in GSDs - or even own a GSD? ( I've been known to stop people walking their dog to say Hi, what a handsome boy tell me about him - people love to).
Having decided to buy online, how did you go about it? What brought you to Jordan Haus? What questions did you ask? Did you find out how long she has owned GSDs? Did you find out what she had done with them other than breeding them ( titles in breed, obedience, tracking, herding, agility, schutzhund)- note her accomplishments not titles put on by others who owned the dog before her. Did you ask about the known health problems in her lines - all lines have some health problems that is just reality. Did you have the resources in the gsd world to check out this person and her claimed accomplishments? If not did you google her looking for confirmation that she had that schutzhund title or competed at that akc show ( its all online today). Did you look for complaints by googling her? Did you go to various GSDboards like this and asked about people's experiences with her? Also how did you determine what an acceptable price for a dog was and what made the price acceptable - a pretty picture, claimed accomplsihments, someone's suggestion?
Please I truly would like to know the answers to these questions.
And as a FYI long before the internet I did buy a dog from across country but at that point I had been in the breed a number of years, knew exactly what I wanted (and got) and spent over a year finding it and only bought from far away when I was unable to find it within a 12 hour driving range and only after many MONTHS of discussion and ONLY after vetting the person with some reputable GSD people in her area. I always start locally and always recommend to other folks to do the same especially ones wanting pets because I'm sure they can find what they need it they just take the time to do some homework.

Dear TIG,
dont you have a book to write somewhere about something!
now that's a little to much info! Yes we all checked in our areas ma'am , we are not on trial for trusting, only being screwed without a title or pedigree to our gsd .
we want what we paid for.
thank you

In reality, a person can do all the research he wants and still may not find out the uglies until its too late. I know because it happened to me. I did research, found good and not so good about this certain breeder. I had talked to several people, but I guess it wasn't the right ones. It wasn't until after the fact the truth started coming out and the unhappy other buyers started coming out the woodwork. This didn't happen right away, it took time. Oh and for what its worth, there is no perfect breeder or owner. There will alway be something negative said. JMO
Sorry this has to happen to anyone. Thats why I trust only a handful of people.

Blkdog, I'm sorry for your hassles to. How does an experienced breeder sign in the wrong place anyway?

by Jenni Von on 27 June 2014 - 04:06
She keeps no records.... She will promise you papers for years.... You will never get them and if you do they won't be signed .....signed in the wrong place etc etc etc
Puts titles on dogs out of thin air ........glad this has come out and finally something will be done as herself and her boyfriend have been ripping people off for years
They are a disgrace to the breed and need to be shut down

Alicia yesterday removed her title of owner at Von Jordan Kennels on her advertising ......lol
They don't realize once something is stamped on the net the chronological order of updates is forever secured.
So please continue to run and hide.....it does you no good ....
Changing things at the midnight hour only substantiates the intent to defraud ......
You may have gotten away with your fraud and deciet in the past ......but you screwed the wrong people this time ......they have banded together and will do what is necessary to ensure you never do this to another person

Since there seems to be legal proceedings filed I am not sure why there are continuous posts by those in litigation. You might just be trying to bump this up to the top but in my opinion all it is doing is making you all look a bit wacky. Take some free and unsolicited advice from an attorney (me) and step away from the keyboard and let the legal case run its course. These posts can come back to haunt you.

I like how if someone brings up the facts of asking about all this... it is a "book" and too much to read..... Well, that's sad, because did you THINK at all when you bought a dog? Or was it pretty pictures and too much to ask about these things?
Although Hutchins does have a point. I'm big on asking questions to breeders, to people who have dogs from them, like to ask for vet records/certifications, title certifications, and I want to see where they are. She's right, sometimes you get screwed even if you do your homework, but, did you do your homework at all?
And Von Jordan Haus is owned by Patricia, deals with the showlines. Alicia deals with the working lines. If you're concerned about her "pulling titles out of the air", why not ask for proof BEFORE you buy? This is a big thing with a lot of breeders, kinda sad. And they typically get really defensive when you ask about how their dogs are police dogs with no health testing or schutzhund titles but are KKL'd (not in the case of Alicia or her dogs, but others I've noticed lately). One of you has 3 from her.... 3...... NOT 1 and oops I screwed up and I have no papers and I've learned my lesson. Is it 3 with no papers?! Or 3 from her, 1 with no papers?
AR15..... STILL waiting for you to explain why you'd message me and then block me from messaging you....... No response?
