You said "its already been told, there were two shows, two different days, and 3 dogs each show, that is not cheating. "
I was there, were you? There was a USA trial on Friday, and the USA Regional Conformation show on Saturday and Sunday and a USA Breed Survey on Sunday. I was there on Saturday and Sunday. There was paperwork turned into the SV that a WDA trial was held on Sunday. The club turned into the SV paperwork for a WDA trial AND USA Regional confomation show for the SAME day..... Sunday. Thus violating the USA rule that you can't hold an event from another organization on the same day as a USA event. So the "club" has been suspender for 1 year (in accordance with the USA rule)
This had NOTHING to do with the 6 dogs, one handler. The club got the equivalent of a "warning" for that violation from the BOI.
These are the facts.

Frank,
I was quoting someone else (dawnmarie, that is why I used the " " around the comment)and then posted a comment right after that.
I never stated that I was there. I was pointing out that certain people post, then disappear, using the internet and his multiple names to persecute/procecute on line.

I understand, and that bothers me too. But I was there and what I said is what happened.
Dawnmarie, if you said there were 2 trial with 3 dogs per trial...YOU ARE WRONG. That did not happen. In fact, I think I remember you being there, and if you were, then you also KNOW that there was no trial on Sunday.... But the paperwork was turned into the SV through the WDA and the paperwork for the show/breed survey was turned in through USA to the SV. Violation. Suspened. Period.

FYI the appeal to overrule the RD decision to suspend Wesconn is again on the table. Let's wait on the result of this.
AS far as the BOI charges against the club,it's a done deal !! . It sure was a busy weekend for Wesconn and the weekend of July 8-10 ,2005 has kept the officers of the organization pretty darn busy.
The main reason I wanted to write to this board is I wanted to speak to Dawn Marie . I do not think I know this person however I received a call from a NE regional member 2 days ago advising me that a person named Dawn Marie is having people sign a letter against my position as the regional director of this region .This person is also on this message board. Dawn marie if this person is not you I appoligize .If so ,I could make this much easier for you submit the letter and I send it to all club delegates in this region. This way it is out in the open and then it truly becomes a regional subject. I am known to be very fair and will bring concerns to the table for the members of this region. It does not bother me if the subject is against my person . I believe in doing things in a fair and honest way . Looking forward hearing from you feel free to call me :))
respectfully

Lee alias khill et al,
Why dont you come out in the open. Like I said before, I had a face to face with T and now its your turn if you choose to stop hiding. I only post with this login. Back to the BOI and this OG WestConn nightmare. I was there Friday afternoon for the AD and the rest of the weekend. Along with Frank, Pia and a few others. At least some of us are willing to stand up to folks that cheat. I was also involved writing the changes to the USA rules about regional participation to close the loopholes in the rules.
So lee, why dont you and you imaginary friends and enemies take your catfight someplace else. And if you are someone else. Prove it.

dajkzo/tcmits/frenzi/chuck,
What do you not understand? I am not this Lee person. You seem to have an un-natual fixation on her. What catfight are you talking about. You are asked for specifics and you digress and attack.
Fine, if you have drafted changes to current rules. But, hiding and posting all over the internet and defaming people undermines your (and your other names) credibilty.

Pia is absolutly right. You have a problem with the RD you bring it up in the Regional meeting. Region clubs vote them in or out. But to snake around in the background and in the shadows to make a change is cowardly. Everyone has a right to there opinion, right or wrong, that is why we put things up for a vote.

Hi Pia and Uwe... i am Dawnmarie not Dawn Marie so its not me! (going by the spelling) I dont have enough time in my day to start any petition in regard to any thing that has nothing to do with me and i am not very active in USA i have to be honest, being an officer in a PC club i have an obligation to WDA and barely know anyone there... last i knew you were the Breed Warden i would see when i lived in MA for litters... not real sure of your position, experience or any situation going on against or fo you and for the record, i have NO PROBLEM admitting to it if i did have a problem with you or anyone else...but quite honestly, i really dont know a thing bout any of this except for what i have read here... and Frank perhaps i am thinking of the wrong event then... i have a clear picture of a WDA and USA event on the same weekend... i really really thought its the one in question tho.
Pia, i have met you before, I am the photographer that kinda hits all the shows, i met you at Brian and Claudia's club when i started in the german stuff 6yrs ago...or maybe it was MMV when they were in MA, not sure if you remember lol thats where i met Frank and Amy too, i trained at Mike P's for a yr or two when i lived in MA... met Karen Mac there too... for what thats worth so you can get an idea of who i am lol
i have a feeling i know who started this rumour, she has some issues with the CT crew... she has been having a few glasses of vino lately at her computer and is on one of her well known "psycho" modes... to this day i have NEVER even spoke to her, dont know her, dont want to and she just has this thing for ANYTHING to do with the CT folks and she lives in CT.. go figure... but i might be wrong and if i am wrong, i too apologize.. rest assured Pia.. its not me i dont hide behind computer screens, i am who i am all the way :) I would appreciate it if you can please let me know who told you this rumour you can email me privately no problem... i can say her name and you can tell me after if thats who it is wymargsd@aol.com
Uwe, i have no idea who you are and you have no idea who i am, i do not belong to any USA clubs and i do not "snake" around anything and am far from a coward and will accept your apology upon you seeing that you are way off base and again, i spell my name Dawnmarie not Dawn Marie i am sure there are many Dawn Maries in this sport but only one of me :)
feel free to visit with me at the NASS next week and introduce yourself and you can get to know who i am

Redcap,
I do not believe that there is any question as to whether rules were broken. My comment was more on the way in which each party takes the opportunity to put their own twist on things. Those who hold in high regard the club members/officers in question, and those who have been waiting for a chance to throw mud at those same members/officers. I drew the parallel to those esteemed crooks who fight over our tax $ because they seem to share a very creative view of the truth.
Please do not think that I am making light of things, but the distilled BOI finding seems to be indicative of an administrative infraction. I would compare this to a speeding ticket or a friendly letter from the IRS stating that you have made an error and they have corrected it for you. This is not so huge as the enemies of OG Wesconn want it to be and not as benign as their friends would have it.
