I read your one and only thread related to your dog with great interest. I saw the comments and thought "how sad that going to a vet is a big day out for a dog." I read some of the comments and they were exactly what I was thinking and many have mentioned: your dog just does not look happy. You know people can read into what you say, and a lot was said about your dog and you in that thread.
I have lots of good stories maggs, I got 16 lbs of weed off a traffic stop Wednesday night. I am developing a new Highway Interdiction program for my PD. Training is next Tuesday for our Special Operations Unit. Going to be lots of fun. My dog will get lots of work. I'll send Rex some pictures from the different seizures that Boomer gets.
Ok, that was your crumb take it and crawl back under your rock. You are still the pariah of the PDB.

So, today on our walk, we encountered a middle school aged boy wearing full football gear, including helmet [summer football camp is going on at the school up the street]. We were walking on a narrow shoulder, so we stopped to let him pass. Danke, looked at the kid, looked at me, looked at the kid... I'm not sure exactly what she was thinking, but I imagine it was something along the lines of "Is that... normal?"
The kid, on the other hand, just wanted to know if she was a wolf-dog.
