I am not impressed with J. Moses. Why does he just breed and campaign one dog? If he is so concerned about the breed, why doesn't he bring in new bloodlines (German), to try and help the GSD? One dog cannot do it all. And now, there are so many Dallas offspring out there, who are they going to breed to with the similar bloodlines?
IMO, he has not helped the breed.

Dawgs, if you position the hind legs far enough back, even a dog with good angulation can appear over-angulated.
If you compare pics of Dallas with the Covy-Tucker Hill dogs, you will definitely see he's a big step in the right direction:

Your puppy looks nice, Sunsilver. I hope to see more as she matures.
The crtiicism I heard of Dallas was, as Sunsilver said, "too German looking" and "too moderate". Go figure.
One of the Dallas daughters Jimmie was showing, not Genny, I forget her name now, was a hock walker, so he still shows them even if he doesn't like them. One of his other clients was the infamous Andrew Hunte.
There are some imported AKC champions.

But, why do they stack that way when it gives an inaccurate representation of the way the dog is actually put together? I mean, I get that it seems to be somewhat inherent in all stacking but seems to be really so in these stacks.
I do like the difference in Dallas. and he does seem more German. I personally, just me now, don't like the short snout on any of them, makes females look more male and just doesn't strike me right even in the males.

Sunsilver,
All the best to you and your pup!
I hope that your puppy is healthy, and long lived, and that the pup is everything that you want in a GSD. This is what all of us hope and pray for.
Best Regards!

Sunsilver, You did not offend me, it's fine... I did go and look at the website you posted and I noticed one female that I thought looked good. Now if she could work that's a whole other topic... But I like the looks of "Rosie"..
