Here is some clearance for you "'Remus''. Stoelzle bought female from me indeed. She and many people call me ''Polish breeder'' because I was born and raised in Poland, but most of my life I spent in USA. I am talking only about showline dogs, not workingline dogs because I don't know much about them. I have few friends who have and train working dogs and most of them are from Czech Republic , Slovakia and USA ,and they are excellent dogs, and if I ever would look for working dog those are the countries where I would buy one. Here is the pedigree of the female I sold to Stoelze, take a good look and see if is there any Eastern European dogs in it, if this is not enough to you go to my website and see all my dogs, breedings, and see if you can find even one dog from there. There were two long coated puppies from this breeding, here is a picture of the second male which I sold to another breeder his name is Cairo.

If you are willing to go to the first page of this topic, you'll read my first post. I was talking about importing ''in general'' not from any particularly eastern/western area!!! Just to make thingS clear once for all!
Indeed, I was suggesting, visible or not that, in my opinion, GSD's from Germany are the best in the world. Not other eastern or western country BUT Germany! More than that, I was saying, if it will improve the breed, import from Japan, if someone wishes!!! Not Eastern Europe!
The discussion around Eastern Europe, started with Susie's approach of that area! and with yours, especially!
Is that clear now or we will continue to argue around your German-Italian dogs pedigree, not US!?
Again, I was ''pro'' importing against Susie's approach ''do not'' import, buy from US!
Is it clear now?
Why are you importing dogs if you/anybody can get a better one from your country!?

No, is not answering anything!
Again, the question was ''why are you importing?"
Answer that!
And inform Susie also, which is the reason any US citizen should buy your imported dogs from European lines instead buying a ''native'' one (sort of native! ).

Buy the way, Old Shatt, you just said to compare something. Compare your pedigree with this one http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=2218108-yris-von-turenhof
What's the ''big deal'' in yours compared with mine!? And I can bet the price of your dog, that yours was 4-5 time expensive than mine!

My costumers are very satisfy with my dogs,no complains,no temperament ,health issues ,and that is most imported to me. I hope this time i answer your questions and you should concentrate more on the topic then me.I express myself how I feel regarding importing and this is my personal point of view ,and you should do the same.

I said several times, disagreeing Susie's post that, IF A DOG FROM ANYWHERE AROUND THE GLOBE will improve the breed, anybody should import, no matter of the price!
Basically, that's that! And basically, this is what it is happening all around the kennel clubs from everywhere.
And to say that you should not import because you have better dogs , seems to me a wrong policy , denoting not being aware about the reality or mere ignorance or infatuation.
I expressed myself, also.

In case any newby is still reading - do your homework, WHEREVER you buy !

Agree with Susie! At last!
DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
After that, you will decide: are you going to pay thousands of dollars, buying a dog from neighborhood, which is high-lighted by the seller being an European bloodline or, are you going to ''import'' one GSD from the same bloodlines but 4-5 times cheaper!? And, directly from the VA's breeders, not intermediate by believers in their ''we have the best, we are the best...''!
Just think about it!
They are claiming they are the best...with imported dogs! Shall I highlight the term imported, Susie!?
Am I mentioning any country!? Is this quite ''on topic'' for you!?
English is not my mother language, but I will try to be very clear:
-instead of paying 3-4,000 USD for (male name and titles) and female (the same) he/she has the option to buy the ''same paper pedigree" with much-much less! That's the reason of the topic and the intervention of others! Somebody is upset because of the approaching!
I am sorry folkes! ! This is the truth! John is ''importing'' a dog with x money, John is selling the dog with extra money, after that John is claiming what good dog he just bred! (...I imported a bitch from...I raised it here...I mount that bitch abroad...Ooooah, what a great US breeder makes me this sh.t! )!
Anybody who has eyes will notice that I have nothing with honest American breeders! My remarks are against those ''grey'' individuals which are playing with a doubled coin!
I am not going to give names now! I am going to put it as a ''common sense'' matter!
I have two options:
-to buy one dog, directly from the breeder, out-side of my country, with 1000 USD, or
-to buy a brother/sister of that dog from my ''2 streets away'' breeder, paying 4 times the price, only because I can ask for assistance, just in case and, of course, because , and I am quoting Susie: ''we have better...'' whatever!?
Guys, I was...almost believing you having something better! Everywhere are ''puppy millers''. as I said upwards!
So, nothing new under the sun!
