I don't think he'd do too well taking food away from many of our working line dogs... especially with the methods used on this segment.  While I generally like Milan's show this time he made unnecessary confrontations, and when the dog did back down his attention was on the camera and the owner as he reached towards the dog.  He thought he had a cute labbie there and his gesture was interpreted as a threat.  If he'd been looking at her he wouldn't have missed the nervie eye just before she erupted.  Sad as the dog most likely could have been retrained using hand feeding and milder corrections instead of being pushed to redline.
