I am sooo glad you finally took a break! We all know not only do you need it.. you deserve it! More then ANYONE else! I mean hell, you're the best stop mom ever and all! LOL! Enjoy yourself and ANYONE sending anything but positive thoughts... tell them where to go! We both know what we've been through.... and some of the  "oh so twisted but I can't see past my own a**hole" people know too!
Remember...I'm only a hop, skip and jump away now! (Well when you are not on vacation!) So.. anytime you need me... you have my number. I'm always up for a good challenge! Mental, physical, heck verbal! LOL!

Thanks Ronni. As it happens, I just re-created Auntie Jackie's Awesome Potato Salad as closely as possible (sans the eggs) today, for my host and hostess and their family arriving tonight.
Auntie Shelley is enjoying trying to earn some of her keep in the kitchen. If it weren't for all the dog training on this big chunk of country property I think we would all be gaining weight soon.
As it is, I am LOSING weight, eating like there is no tomorrow.

Yeah  I make  Hot German Potato salad....and    tomaten Salad" thanks to  Silbersee and her seasonings she brought me from Germany.,.and a mean Blackberry cobbler with  ice cream ...

Chcken Spaghetti is next for a visitor with  Texas Pea salad served with Garlic Toast....

Come on Shelley    My son is here and can help get you all set up for a visit.....and he can service your vehicle while you sleep...He only works at night because of the heat and his healing foot...lol

We roast marshmellows on the wood fire, on Friday nights... as we are trying to burn off lots of piles of wood that have been piled way too long.
